Keyholder (Help Me Sell My Tiny Home)

I had to abruptly move out of state, and I can't take my tiny cabin on wheels with me. I am looking for someone local who can help me with the on-the-ground needs of selling the home here in Montana. You would mostly be communicating with anyone who might be interested and showing the home to potential buyers. If it sells, I would ask you to be physically present to hand over the keys and oversee the transfer.
