NOW HIRING: Shift Leads + Team Members (Cross-Trained)

Mom’s List is a new fast-casual burger concept focused on 100% organic ingredients, no preservatives, and everything made in-house. We’re building a hospitality-first team with great attitudes, strong work ethic, and pride in high-quality food.

Open Roles
• Full-Time Shift Leads
• Part-Time Team Members
• All staff cross-trained (FOH + BOH)

Responsibilities
• Deliver warm, fast, accurate guest service
• Learn multiple stations: Grill Cook (burger execution), POS/cashier, expo/packaging, shake station, prep support
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and station standards
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, team environment
• Shift Leads: run shifts, coach team, manage pace/quality, support opening/closing

Requirements
• Hospitality-first mindset + positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, coachable
• Experience in QSR restaurants a plus
• Able to stand/move for long periods; fast-paced environment
• Weekday + weekend availability preferred
• Leadership experience a plus for Shift Leads
