Prep/Dishwasher - $18 plus tips

Food Prep Duties
Wash, peel, chop, and portion vegetables, fruits, and proteins
Prepare brunch items such as batters, sauces, dressings, and garnishes
Portion breakfast meats and assist with egg prep
Label, date, and properly store all prepped items (FIFO)
Restock line stations before and during service

Dishwashing & Cleaning
Operate commercial dishwasher efficiently during peak hours
Wash pots, pans, mixing bowls, and prep equipment
Maintain a clean and organized dish area
Take out trash and recycling regularly
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications
Previous kitchen or café experience preferred but not required
Ability to work early mornings (weekends required)
Strong sense of urgency during busy brunch rush
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Able to stand for long periods and lift 40–50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
