We are seeking a dependable Janitor & Maintenance Technician to maintain cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of our custom metal and magnet manufacturing facility. This role involves custodial work, basic maintenance, landscaping, and physical labor indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities
• Keep buildings clean and orderly, including floors, carpets, restrooms, workstations, break areas, and offices.
• Perform heavy cleaning: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, shampooing carpets, washing walls and glass, and removing trash and debris.
• Maintain exterior areas, sidewalks, and landscaping using hand and power tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs; report major repair needs.
• Perform basic service on company vehicles and equipment.
• Operate forklift and move materials or equipment safely.
• Lift and move heavy materials and assist with general labor as required.

Requirements
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in a manufacturing and outdoor environment.
• Experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• High school or equivalent
