Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Manager to build and manage outside sales teams enrolling residents and small businesses into California’s deregulated energy supply program.
This is NOT solar.
This is a free enrollment that helps customers secure a fixed rate energy supply and protects against rising utility costs.
There is no equipment.
No install.
No cost to sign up, no ETF
Your role:
• Recruit and build outside sales teams
• Train reps on simple deregulation enrollment process
• Run field meetings & set daily/weekly production goals
• Drive territory expansion
