Experienced Lead Window & Door Installer (Coil Skills Required)

We are a family-owned Window and Door Company with projects throughout Inland Empire, San Diego, Orange County and LA County. We are seeking a highly qualified Window Installer to join our team.This position requires significant travel. We service a wide net and you must be willing to drive to job sites across these areas.

Qualifications:

•Coil Expertise: You must be highly proficient with a brake. If you can’t wrap a window to look like a work of art, this isn't the role for you

• The Right Tools: You are required to have your own set of professional hand tools

• Experience: You must have deep experience with residential window and door installations

• Ability to work at heights, including ladders and scaffolding

• Attention to detail: Ensuring precise measurements and proper installation techniques

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on the job site

• Ability to Communicating with clients regarding installation details and addressing any concerns

• Reliable Transport: Must have your own dependable transportation to get to and from job sites.


To make sure we’re the right fit for each other, all candidates will be required to demonstrate their installation skills and their coil work on a brake at the time of the interview.
