Interior Design Studio Assistant (Career-Track to Management)

We are seeking a highly motivated, systems-oriented individual to join our interior design firm. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to learn a small business from the ground up and grow into a long-term leadership role.
The successful candidate will begin as a Studio Assistant, focusing on mastering our internal systems and providing administrative support. Our goal is for this person to advance to Studio Coordinator and eventually assume the role of Studio Manager, overseeing the firm’s daily operations and logistics.

What You’ll Do
• System Management: Maintain and refine organizational systems.
• Creative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to our creative leadership.
• Client &Vendor Relations: Act as a professional point of contact, providing excellent communication and customer service.
• Logistics & Coordination: Manage complex schedules and small details across various projects, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• On-Site Support: Travel to various project sites in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Qualifications
• Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Software: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Experience: While a design, fine art, or illustration background is beneficial, it is not required.

Availability: Ability to work a hybrid schedule (partially remote and partially in-person).

Location: Greater Los Angeles Area (Hybrid: Remote &On-Site)
