Seeking Part-Time Personal Assistant to HNW CEO (Century City)

Seeking a reliable, organized, and discreet Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a HNW Executive who splits time between NY and LA primarily, with homes in Brentwood and Marina Del Rey. Assistant needs to have a little bit of personality and be willing to assist with daily tasks, practical errands, booking travel, placing phone calls, and generally being able to anticipate the principal's needs and spend time learning them each day. This role is majority in-person and best suited for someone who thrives in an upper echelon type setting. Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, ambitious, and task-focused. Preference is someone with experience and comfort working with luxury clients.

The ideal candidate is bright, put together, and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs effectively while maintaining a level of sophistication and discretion.
