We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate Female Caregiver to assist a Female Patient w/Dementia who resides in Santa Clarita. This is FOR SUNDAYS ONLY. Companion Duties.

SHIFT:
Ongoing Sundays Only:
8:00AM - 6:00PM

DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
*Companionship
*Medication Reminders
*Meal Preparation

MUST HAVES:
*At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
*Experience with Dementia patients
*Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance which shows you are a covered driver
*Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*Current TB Test Results (or proof you have recently taken a test)
*Second Form of ID (one of the following): Social Security Card - US Passport - US Passport Card - Valid Permanent Resident Card - Valid Employment Authorization Card
