Line/Prep Cook

We are a busy, high-volume meal prep and catering company in Canoga Park looking for a dependable Part-Time Prep Cook to join our afternoon kitchen team.

This is a fast-paced production kitchen, so we need someone who is comfortable with prep work and able to jump on the line when needed.

Schedule:
• Part-time
• Afternoon Shifts
Responsibilities Include:
• Daily prep (vegetables, proteins, sauces, etc.)
• Assisting with catering and meal prep production
• Portioning, packaging, and labeling meals
• Supporting the line during service when needed
• Keeping prep areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
• Previous prep/kitchen experience (high-volume preferred) 5+ years
• Solid knife skills and ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
