1. Repossession Agent
Responsibilities:
Secure and recover collateral in the field safely and professionally
Operate a rollback or self-loader tow truck
Follow all state and federal compliance guidelines
Complete condition reports, photos, and documentation
Work closely with dispatch and spotters
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)
Experience in repossession or towing is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong decision-making skills
Must be dependable, professional, and safety-focused

2. Repossession Spotter (Field Investigator)
Responsibilities:
Locate assigned vehicles using LPR technology or field scouting
Verify vehicle information (VIN, plates, location)
Communicate accurate updates to agents and dispatch
Work independently and efficiently
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone and basic tech skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
