What You’ll Do
This role is a dynamic mix of front desk responsibilities and hands-on care for our furry campers. You’ll be the friendly face greeting pet parents and the energetic team member ensuring our pups are happy and healthy. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:- Front Desk Duties: Welcome clients, answer questions, and assist with check-ins and check-outs.- Camp Counselor Tasks: Supervise play areas, ensure the safety of all dogs, and engage in activities to keep tails wagging.- Cleaning and Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and sanitary camp environment by following Camp Bow Wow’s policies and protocols.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both dogs and their owners.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, active environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:- Flexibility: This role requires a very flexible schedule, including various shifts, weekends, and holidays.- Physical Stamina: You’ll be on your feet a lot and need to be comfortable with physical tasks like cleaning.- Professionalism: Must be comfortable wearing a uniform and adhering to Camp Bow Wow’s policies and protocols.- Experience: No prior experience required – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
