📞 Now Hiring: Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative w/general Office duties
📍 Located at our NEW facility in Palmer, AK
We’re growing and looking for a highly organized, people-focused Dispatcher / CSR to join our team at our new Palmer location!
If you’re great at communication, enjoy juggling multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role may be a great fit. You’ll serve as the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and leadership team while helping keep our Plumbing & HVAC operations running efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
• Answer phones and assist walk-in customers
• Schedule and dispatch technicians and installers
• Communicate with field staff throughout the day
• Process work orders and invoices
• Provide general office and administrative support
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt
• Basic computer proficiency
• Dispatch or service industry experience is a plus
• Advertising, marketing, and/or social media experience is a big plus!
This is more than a front desk role — it’s a key position that keeps our crews moving and our customers satisfied while helping support our growing presence in the community.
