Job Title: Personal Assistant (In-Home Office)

Hours between: 2pm-4pm or 3pm-5pm
Monday through Friday
bilingual preferred

We are seeking a Part-Time 3 month temporary position for a dependable, organized, and creative Personal Assistant to support daily operations within a professional in-home office setting. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage both administrative and creative responsibilities efficiently.

The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a private home office environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling

Organize and maintain office systems, files, and records

Handle confidential documents and communications

Draft emails, correspondence, and reports

Assist with data entry and document preparation

Conduct online research for business and creative projects

Manage and grow social media accounts (content scheduling, engagement, analytics tracking)

Assist with brainstorming and researching creative concepts, campaigns, or branding ideas

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and special projects

Run occasional business-related errands if needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Basic understanding of social media analytics and content planning

Research skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Qualities:

Background in administrative or executive support

Creative mindset with an eye for branding and presentation

Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva or similar)

Comfortable working in a structured home office setting
