Job Description

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service by welcoming guests, handling reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest needs in a professional and courteous manner. This role also involves answering phone calls, processing payments, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring accurate guest records while following hotel brand standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Perform check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phone calls and handle reservations
Process payments, cash, and credit card transactions
Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly
Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed

Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and cash-handling skills
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Hotel front desk experience preferred, not required
