Coordinate with production Manager, production based on lead times and transit times.

. Pull all raw material prior to Batching.

. Cleaning of all equipment before and after use.

. Code Number, lot numbers, expiration dates...

. Weighing of all small ingredients in the lab for production, verification of raw material and quantities by QC for large batches.

. Verification of lot numbers, weights of ingredients, processing times processing temperatures and packaging including labels.

. Inventory Control: Review of Organic Compounds/Raw Materials, Natural and Synthetic, and notification to procurement when material is low or out.

. Collection of batch samples for presentation to QC lab for approval.
