* Have basic kitchen knowledge, including:
* FIFO (First In, First Out)
* Proper food holding temperatures
* Health code and food safety standards
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation
* Show up on time and ready to work

* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
