Seeking Experience Sushi Chef

We are a fast-paced, dynamic Japanese restaurant located in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. We’re seeking an experienced sushi chef who thrives in a team environment and is quick to learn new skills and techniques.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a sushi chef
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating quality sushi
• Excellent multitasking skills and flexibility
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of Japanese ingredients and traditional sushi preparation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently with front and back-of-house staff
• Must be able to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
