Job Description

Hey there, Barkeep
We’re looking for a bartender who knows how to run a well — and a room.
We’re building a team of bartenders who care about craft as much as vibe.
Someone who moves with confidence, not chaos.
Who understands that cocktails are the draw, but the energy is what keeps people around for one more song.
If you care about craft without a lecture…
If you believe music matters…
If you believe that great pizza starts with homemade sourdough…
If you know hospitality is both performance and presence…

You’re our kind of person.

What You’ll Do
Craft First
Execute well-balanced, consistent craft cocktails with speed and precision
Work clean, organized, and tight – every shift – standards are not optional here
Manage the service well confidently during high-volume shifts
Learn the standard. Protect the standard. Then raise it.
Read the Room – and Support it
Keep the pace steady without rushing the vibe
Deliver hospitality that’s warm, sharp, and unpretentious
Support the floor, servers, and kitchen like a true team player
Hold the Energy
Respect the music, the mood, and the moment
Make first-timers feel like regulars
Stay calm when its three-deep

What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of craft bartending in a comparable high-volume bar
Strong command of classic cocktails + modern execution
Comfortable with jiggers, multiple tins, stirred builds, whip shakes — and accurate free pours (yes, we will check)
Speed without sloppiness
Weekend and evening availability (required)
Professionalism — no ego, no attitude
Bonus if you:
Have worked in music-driven and vibe-forward venues
Care about the full experience — cocktails, pizza, music, lighting, energy
Stay sharp when the room gets loud

Why This Role Matters
This isn’t a “just pour drinks” job. It’s a chance to work in a space where cocktails lead, pizza surprises, and music keeps people longer than planned.
Good pizza. Damn good drinks. Music that never misses.
