Job Description

Our client is a Property Management and Investment firm in Beverly Hills.
Must have at least 1-2yrs of office work experience answering phones, greeting guests and interacting with clients.
The front desk coordinator position duties are to help answer the phones (moderate to busy at times), greet guests, handle mail and packages and do light administrative work for various tenants on the floor. You will be working together with another Receptionist (who has been there over 7yrs), helping with various office duties. The office is an executive suite, which has about 20-40 tenants on the floor. Each tenant has roughly 1-5 employees in each suite.

Dress attire is nice business casual. Individual must have a friendly, positive personality who is flexible and can multi-task.
Great job for someone who wants a flexible work schedule.
Hours are 8:30-5pm M-F.
