Insurance Sales Professional – Remote, Flexible Schedule

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our remote sales team as Insurance Sales Professionals. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective clients, explain life insurance options, and guide them through the application process — all using our structured training and support system.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering flexible scheduling and performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities:
• Speak with prospective clients via scheduled phone or virtual appointments
• Educate individuals and families on life insurance and protection options
• Follow a structured sales process and training system
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Provide professional follow-up and customer support

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Coachable and willing to follow a structured process
• Sales or customer service experience helpful but not required
• Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (training provided)

Compensation:
• Commission-based with performance bonuses
• First-year earnings typically range $70,000–$350,000, depending on effort and schedule
• No earning cap – income grows with your performance
