Lead Bartender – Roxanne’s (High Volume / Craft / Legacy Brand)

Roxanne’s Cocktail Lounge is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender with proven high-volume and craft cocktail experience.

Roxanne’s is a Long Beach legacy bar with 16+ years in the community, known for elevated cocktails, warm hospitality, and consistent standards. We are a systems-driven, organized operation that values professionalism, teamwork, and leadership behind the bar.

This role is for someone who can execute at high speed without sacrificing quality, lead confidently during busy service, and help shape both the bar team and the guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

Leading high-volume bar shifts with control and efficiency

Maintaining cocktail specs, prep systems, and consistency

Training, coaching, and supporting bartenders and barbacks

Upholding organization, cleanliness, and service structure

Contributing to menu development and bar operations

Representing Roxanne’s hospitality culture and community presence

Ideal candidate:

4+ years bartending experience

Strong high-volume bar background

Solid knowledge of classic and modern cocktails

Ability to move fast while staying precise and calm

Leadership mindset with strong organizational skills

Professional, reliable, and guest-focused

Evening and weekend availability required.
