Hiring: Full-Time Handyperson lady or gentleman – South Orange County (SJC, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel area) 🔧

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Handyperson to join our small team at Seashore Equities, LLC, a private real estate property management company based in Monarch Beach.
This is a hands-on, part-time, contract or full time position for the ‘’right fit’’ working at several beautiful homes in San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, and Laguna Beach— focusing on property maintenance and improvement projects.

🛠️ We’re looking for someone who can:

- Understands a little bit of everything: painting, drywall, light plumbing/electrical, stucco, carpentry, etc.

- Assist our licensed General Contractor with projects (small or large)

- Light ‘’fix it’’ sliding doors, screens, bolts

- Take initiative, work independently, and care about excellent quality.

- Excellent time management.

- Be dependable, easygoing, and professional with consistent communication skills


✨ Details:

- Full-time preferred
- Local to the area strongly preferred
- Competitive pay based on experience and or references
- Possible ‘’low priced’’ housing option for an exceptional candidate who proves their skill for at least 3 months
- Must have reliable car. All work is within a 12 mile radius
