Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures
Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly, offering solutions that enhance their stay
Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail
Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
Support guest services by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is desirable
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience in guest relations, resort environments, or hospitality industry preferred
Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform administrative tasks accurately
Excellent communication skills with proper phone etiquette and professional appearance
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
