Now Hiring: Full-Time or Part-Time Restaurant Cashier - Multi location

We are looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Team. Previous restaurant lead or supervisor experience is highly preferred, and bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus! Key Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere.
Order Management: Handle point-of-sale transactions and efficiently manage order-taking processes.
Team Leadership: Lead by example, guiding and mentoring team members to uphold the company's values and standards.
Kitchen Support: Assist with food preparation and ensure kitchen duties are performed to maintain high-quality service. Preparing Chips and salsas, and to go food items.
Cleanliness & Upkeep: Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
High-Volume, High-Quality Operations: Balance high customer volume while maintaining the exceptional quality that Burritos La Palma is known for.
Job Qualifications:

Leadership Experience is a Plus! Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a fast-casual or high-volume environment.
Bilingual Skills: English/Spanish is highly preferred to communicate effectively with a diverse team and customer base.
Passion for Hospitality: A desire to deliver exceptional service to our guests, creating memorable experiences.
Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Open Availability: Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional Growth: Self-motivated achievers with a desire for additional responsibilities and leadership roles are highly encouraged.
