Morning Service | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Heat Bistro is a new French–Pan Asian fusion restaurant concept opening for morning breakfast and brunch service.
We are building our opening team and looking for driven, professional individuals who want to grow with a new restaurant from the ground up.

Available Shifts:
• 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Opening Shift)
• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mid Shift)
Weekend availability required.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years line cook experience required
• Experience in French, Asian, or fusion cuisine preferred
• Strong knife skills and plating awareness
• Clean, organized, and disciplined work habits
• Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities:
• Execute French–Pan Asian breakfast dishes with precision
• Maintain mise en place and station organization
• Follow recipes and presentation standards
• Handle high-volume brunch service
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Part-time or Full-time available.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year customer service or café experience required
• Interest in specialty teas, matcha, and beverage craft
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests
• Prepare specialty teas, matcha, coffee, and beverages
• Maintain organized and clean front counter
• Operate POS system accurately
• Assist with light prep and restocking
You are the first impression of Heat Bistro.
