Seeking a responsible individual or couple to live on an 18-acre private mountain property on Guanella Pass in the heart of Pike National Forest, approximately 60 miles from Denver.

This exchange offers a private furnished bedroom and bathroom within a 9,000 sq ft home, full kitchen access, laundry, parking, Starlink internet, and all utilities included — in return for approximately 20 hours per week of property care (watering, mowing, hot tub maintenance, light housekeeping, and occasional dog sitting).

The property is booked only six times during the summer. Caretakers do not need to vacate during guest stays and primarily assist with check-ins and light turnover help alongside the owners.
