Job Description
We are expanding and looking for confident closers to handle scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners interested in purchasing above ground pools.
This is a commission-only sales position. There is no cap on income. Your results determine your pay.
What You’ll Do:
• Meet homeowners at pre-set in-home appointments
• Present pool options and pricing
• Close the sale on the spot
• Manage your assigned territory professionally
Training:
• Mandatory 2.5-day live training
• Hotel provided if you live more than 50 miles away
• You are responsible for getting yourself to training
Interview Process (3 Steps – All Inbound):
Call for initial qualification
Complete a short assignment and call back for second interview
Confirm training attendance 2–3 days prior
Requirements:
• Sales experience preferred
• No experience? Tell us why we should consider you
• Professional appearance
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable closing high-ticket sales
No lead chasing.
No cold calls.
No knocking doors.
