MDI Rock is a Landscape Rock and Construction Materials Supplier serving customers throughout Arizona. Founded in 1988, MDI continues to be locally owned and is now the largest locally owned Landscape Supply Company in Arizona.
Summary

We are seeking a skilled Yard Loader/Operator to join our team at our Queen Creek location. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by efficiently operating heavy machinery to support our landscape supply and construction material services.

Responsibilities

Operate loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials as required for customers
Maintaining stockpiles
Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on site.
Assist with other machinery operations as needed
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in loader operation and heavy equipment handling.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery.
Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety practices.
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required.
Ability to operate additional machinery such as dozers, backhoes, or excavators is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed.
