We are hiring one experienced service plumber for property management and residential service work.

If you are late, call out frequently, misdiagnose problems, create callbacks, or need constant supervision — do not apply.

If you are used to upselling unnecessary repairs or working in high-pressure sales environments — this is not the company for you.

We are a family-owned plumbing company that operates on structure, accountability, and correct work the first time.

The Work (Daily Service Plumbing)

You must be experienced and confident performing:

Must be able to use toilet auger, General Handheld Branch line drains machine Milwaukee Electric Main Drain Machine

General Mini Hydro Jetter for branch lines Brute Main lines picote descaling

Unclog main lines Through removing. And resetting toilet or through roof vent on single story buildings only

Unclogged bathtubs through overflow Cover

Unclog shower drains

Unclog branch lines for vanity sinks Kitchen drains, laundry drains

Remove and reset toilets

Toilet replacements

Faucet installations

Tub overflow replacement

Drain trim installation

Shower valve cartridge replacement

Electric water heater replacement

Gas water heater replacement

Copper soldering

ProPress installation

Working in confined spaces

You will run 4–6 service calls per day.

This is production-based plumbing. Not sales.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Strong troubleshooting skills

Diagnose correctly the first time

No repeat callbacks due to error

Ability to complete jobs without supervision

Follow strict company procedures

Upload clear photos and detailed notes in Jobber

Clean driver’s license

Clean background check

If you do not document your work properly, this position will not work for you.

Schedule

8–12 hour days

40–60 hours per week

On-call every other Saturday

Minimum availability 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

$43,500-$95,000 per yr (based on actual ability, not claims)


Performance bonuses based on:

No misdiagnosis

No callbacks

Proper documentation

Efficient completion of service calls

Your performance determines your earning potential.
