Mobile Home Tech needed for Manufactured & mobile homes

Looking for Re-level specialists

Local foundation company in Prescott Valley looking to grow and need loyal, drug free, motivated and hard working individuals to join our team.

Must have experience in releveling manufactured homes.
Part to Full time dependent on season
Pay DOE.
Willing to train the right person.

Must be able to work in small confined places for long periods of time. Cannot be squeamish to insects, reptiles or rodents. Must be professional in appearance and speaking both in office and out in the field. Ability to speak to customers with confidence and respect is a MUST. Valid and clean drivers license. Must have personal vehicle to make it to and from office/job sites.

Work to include, but will not be limited to:
- Manufactured home releveling
- Manufactured home skirting repair
- Manufactured home anchor installation
- Inspections for both Site Built and Manufactured homes
- Regrading
- Fiberglass Insulation repair and install to include Vapor Barrier
- Foundation Repair/Re-support
- Basic labor work (digging, clean up, material runs, hand mixing concrete, etc...)
- Ability to work out of town work to include overnight stays (when needed)
- Ability to work on weekends if and when needed (during busy times this may happen more often)
