• Experience making hand-spun pizza (this is a must 🍕)
• Strong customer service skills – you treat every guest like family
• Leadership ability – you can guide a team and keep things running smooth during the rush
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Someone who genuinely enjoys the rhythm and heart of a local pizza shop

• Lead day-to-day operations
