Location: Youngtown / West Valley (Phoenix area)
Schedule: 35–40 hours per week
Pay: $20/hour



This is not a passive desk job.


Everything Websites is a growing tech company building AI-assisted website systems and expanding
e-commerce operations. We need a sharp, high-energy operator who can handle responsibility and
grow with the role.


What you start with

Calling customers to update expired credit cards
Handling support tickets and basic customer issues
Working with sales to schedule appointments
Logging notes accurately in CRM systems



This role includes measurable performance benchmarks.
You are expected to handle volume, maintain accuracy, and improve over time.



If you avoid phone conversations, dislike accountability, or want something low-pressure, this is not a fit.

Internal systems support
AI-assisted website production (guardrailed tools)
Process improvement and workflow cleanup
Owning small projects start to finish
