Property Manager / Maintenance - 2 Small RV Parks & Apartments

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Property Manager / Maintenance person for two small RV parks located in Oroville and Paradise & apartments.
Duties include:
• Grounds maintenance (weed-whacking, cleanup)
• Light repairs
• Rent collection
• Tenant communication
• Occasional coordination of vendors Schedule: Monday–Saturday (flexible hours, task-based)

This could be:
• A helper position
• Or a lead manager role for the right person

Must be:
• Reliable
• Organized
• Comfortable tracking daily work activity
• Able to communicate clearly

Compensation: Based on experience (discussed in interview)
