Dishwasher – Join the Team at Communal Cafe ☕

Communal Cafe is hiring a Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team!

We’re a fast-paced, community-focused cafe looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and positive to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. This is an important role on our team — and you’ll be included in our full-house tip pool, because everyone contributes to the guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen

Take out trash and recycling

Assist with basic prep tasks as needed

Support the kitchen team during busy service

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and punctual

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Team-oriented mindset

Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
