Hiring Salesperson – Montebello Stone and Cabinetry Wholesale

Elite Stone Group (Montebello Location) – Full-Time | Base Pay + Commission | Start Immediately

We are a fast-growing stone and cabinet distribution company, with multiple distribution centers across Southern California. We specialize in high-quality prefabricated Quartz countertops, Quartz slabs, luxury Porcelain slabs with over 100+ designs and finishes, we’re trusted by contractors, designers, and stores. We now also offer a wide range of cabinet options to complete any kitchen or bathroom project.

Job Duties:
· Assist walk-in customers contractors, designers, stores, developers

· Follow up with leads and close deals

· Build strong customer relationships

· Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth orders

· Help grow sales and hit monthly goals

Requirements:
· Previous sales experience preferred (building materials a plus)

· Friendly, professional, and goal-driven

· Self-Motivated

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environment

· Basic computer skills (Excel, Words, email)

· Excellent time management skills and work efficiently to meet deadlines

· Bilingual (English/Spanish or Mandarin) is a plus

· Must have reliable transportation. Sales Reps are required to use their own vehicle(if company vehicle is not available) to visit customers if necessary(we will reimburse mileage)

Pay & Perks:
· $20 Hourly pay + commission
