Our client, a commercial food manufacturing company, is looking for a Packer to join their team in Sylmar, CA. This role focuses on packing baked products, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities
Sort and pick baked products from the production line
Place cookies into assorted tubs, trays, bags, and boxes
Label containers with correct product labels and date codes
Gather packaging materials, including empty pallets
Take trash from interior receptacles to exterior trash bins
Clean work areas, machinery, and utensils according to food safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment


Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the food manufacturing industry
Ability to work in hot environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working long shifts (10–12 hours), including overtime and weekends as needed
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting


Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $17.87
4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
