Positions
1. Retail Associate (Full/Part-Time)
• Selling, restocking, light trouble shooting, machine and display maintenance, and general cleaning of retail floor
• Customer service and guest assistance
• Supporting marketing initiatives (e.g., social media posts, weekend events)
2. Retail Lead (Full/Part-Time)
• All duties listed above
• Directing other staff and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Handling assignments and reports from management
Pay Rate
$20 – $24 per hour DOE
Location
1451 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA
Working Hours
Mon–Thu, Sun: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Fri–Sat: 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM
(Flexible shifts available: morning or evening)
Requirements
• Must have retail experience and have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Friendly and professional with customers of all ages
• Bilingual English & Japanese a plus
• Previous experience in retail, arcade, or entertainment a plus
