Valet Operations Coordinator (Key Control / Flow)

Dragonfly Parking Inc. – Los Angeles

We are hiring a highly focused, organized, and confident team member to manage key control and valet flow at one of our restaurant accounts.

This is not a traditional parking lot job.

This is a control position.

You will not be driving cars.

You will not be collecting money.

You will be running the key board.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the key board and keep it perfectly organized
Communicate with cashier via walkie-talkie when guests are ready for their vehicles
Dispatch valets quickly and efficiently
Control exit flow so cars move out smoothly
Prevent bottlenecks during peak dinner rush
Keep energy calm and professional under pressure
If this position is strong, the entire valet operation runs smoothly.

If this position is weak, everything backs up.

This role directly affects the restaurant’s first and last impression.

Not shy — comfortable speaking clearly on radio
Calm under pressure
Fast thinker
Able to multitask during heavy rush periods
Professional appearance
Reliable and punctual
This is not an entry-level “stand around” job.

We need someone sharp.

Schedule:

Thursday, Friday and Saturdays starting at 5:00 p.m.

Pay:

$20 per hour

No tips (this is a non-driving coordination role)
