Self-starting Outdoor Marketer

We’re hiring a self-starting outdoor marketer. We value their lived experience, communication skills, and ability to engage with clients in a supportive, strengths-based manner to promote growth and self-efficacy. This role helps convert informal leadership skills into professional advancement and financial stability.

This is not an office job. You will be out in the field building awareness and creating connections. If you’re motivated and move fast, this can turn into a high-paying opportunity.
Pay + Structure
1099 contractor
Paid semi-monthly
60-day trial period for $3,000 a month.

This role requires urgency, hustle, and creativity.

What You’ll Do
Field outreach / street-level marketing
Find ways to reach and connect
Come up with your own outreach ideas and execute them fast
Create your own marketing materials as needed

Requirements
You are a self-starter, charismatic
Comfortable approaching people and starting conversations
Able to plan your own day and stay productive without supervision
Reliable transportation
You can write and design basic outreach materials
You can follow strict rules on what you can and can’t say (we provide EKRA compliance training)
