Tig Welder - Needed

F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services is currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The TIG welder will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of aerospace tubular, square, and sheet metal components using stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and chromoly materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Set-up and layout jobs using blueprints, diagrams, and fixtures following welding procedures.
Inspect, maintain, and log preventative maintenance on welding equipment.
Weld materials to meet fabrication drawing requirements.
Solvent cleaning, trimming, sizing, and polishing welded joints.
Perform tack welding, fabrication of shop aids, and fixtures to assist fabrication and welding.
Conduct weld inspections for size, reinforcement, defects, and compliance with specifications.
Maintain compliance with aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain qualification for welding certifications.
Clean work area, tools, and equipment at the end of the shift.
Follow all business policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to pass TIG welding assessment.
Good attention to detail and eye/hand coordination skills.
Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
Ability to pass a federal-level background check and drug screening required (this includes Marijuana).
Ability to read/write/speak English.
Legal authorization to work in the US.

Salary depends on experience.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities.
Paid vacation after one year & Paid time off commencing after 60 days.
