Gage Tree Service – Anchorage
$80,000 – $120,000+ per year
Base Salary + Commission | Company Vehicle
Gage Tree Service is hiring a driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our Anchorage market. This is a performance-based sales role for someone who is competitive, motivated, and enjoys closing deals.
Our current sales team members average six figures annually, and top performers have the opportunity to earn even more.
In addition to tree services, our team also provides holiday lighting installation, roof snow removal, and other seasonal property services, creating year-round sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do
• Meet with homeowners and property managers to evaluate tree service needs
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Proactively follow up with leads and close sales
• Build your own pipeline through referrals and networking
• Help customers plan tree removal, pruning, land clearing, and seasonal services
Who This Job Is For
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Is competitive and motivated by commission

• Can manage their own schedule and stay organized
• Is comfortable meeting clients at their properties throughout Anchorage
Sales experience is strongly preferred.
Experience in construction, landscaping, or home services is a big plus.
