Accounts Receivable/ Cashier

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable/ Cashier. We are looking for someone that has a positive upbeat attitude, is a quick learner and pays attention to detail. While working in a face pace office. A self starter, that asks questions and is always willing to learn is best.

This person will handle printing charge account statements, reconciling accounts as needed, applying payments, posting weekly service warranty payments and other accounts receivable tasks as needed. This position is also in charge of stocking in vehicles from Chrysler as invoices come in, this includes, writing key tags, jackets, labels and creating stock numbers. They will also help customers, take payments, answer phones and be the back up scanner and filing person.

The schedule is Tuesday to Saturday - Tuesday to Friday are 10:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday is 10:0am to 6:00pm.

This position is a closing position. Attendance is a priority.

No experience needed. Training provided.
