Experienced retail construction superintendent

Hiring for a retail traveling experienced working construction superintendent, who is reliable, can read drawings, has good carpentry skills, has their own tools, drivers license and transportation, knows how to do daily updates and photos, can handle building departments (permits/inspections), can schedule subcontractors according to the schedule provided by the Project Manager, is familiar with ADA regulations, is respectful and willing to work with others, can lead a crew efficiently, and can keep a clean and organized jobsite. Must be professional. Resume, references, drug test and background required. Work being slated for March/April/May.
