Trusten Windows & Doors is a growing residential window and door replacement company serving homeowners throughout the East Valley. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Lead Installer, but we are also open to bringing on qualified helpers who want to grow within the trade.



This is a W2 employee position with competitive pay and long-term opportunities as our company continues to expand.


Compensation

Hourly wage
Salary structure
Piece-rate pay available for the right candidate



Compensation will depend on experience, productivity, and overall skill level. We are flexible and willing to structure pay to attract the right team members.


Requirements

Strong experience with residential window and door replacement
Knowledge of nail flange installs, jump frame installs, and retrofit methods
Ability to work cleanly and professionally in occupied homes
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work throughout the East Valley


Preferred (but not required)

Experience with stucco patching and repair
Experience installing entry doors and patio doors
