compensation: $18.00-$20.00 an hour

Position Overview: H/R and Accounts payable
We want somebody to mesh well with our team, so we’re looking for a responsible person with a positive attitude. We need a self-motivated “can do” person to join our office team. Must be reliable and must be able to work 8am-4pm weekday .Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure.
Experience:
• At least 1-2 years of office admin work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs / Quickbooks a must
• Daily interaction with in house mechanic and employees and office manager
• Perform HR duties and payroll keeping
• Accounts payables, record expenses and keep records of purchases

Skills & Qualifications:
MUST BE BILINGUAL - Spanish and English
• Reliable, self-starter with a great work ethic.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, problem solver, detail oriented with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Enjoy finding creative solutions to challenges.
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and work within deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Willing to take this job seriously as it is very demanding yet rewarding.
Must be able to meet all state and federal employment requirements as well as background screenings when and if required.
