What You'll Be Doing
Helping with all phases of manufactured home installation. This includes foundation prep, home setting,
utility hookups, and general service work like painting and light handyman tasks.

Responsibilities: Some on the job training will be provided.

- Assist experienced installers/foramens in various tasks related to the installation of factory-built ("manufactured homes") including but not limited to: setting & leveling homes, site prep, utility connections, minor concrete work, rough & finish trim work, etc.

- Learn and follow plot plans, blueprints, and instructions to complete assigned tasks.

- Assist in minor home repairs ("punch list" items).

- Assist in the ordering, loading and delivery of job materials & supplies.

- Assist with warranty/service work for our customers.
