Wanted journeyman skilled person in framing and concrete

I am looking to hire someone with the ability to frame and do concrete work. Will start out between $20 -24 per hour, depends on experience and ability. We give raises accordingly as you advance. MUST have transportation as we work all over the mountain, must be dependable, and trustworthy, and want a "full time" job. No drugs or alcoholics.
I will be advising and training as we go along.
