Book formatting for internet publishing

I am a work-at-home self-pubisher.
I have over 25 years of experience self-publishing books.
I've been in the business of publishing books for others for 4 years.
For many of them, this is their first book.
70 % of my authors live in Tucson... the rest are from all over the country.
I do novels, fiction, non-fiction, children's books, memoirs... just about everything.
I always use Ingram Spark for printing and distribution... not Amazon.
I need assistance with the overflow work I am getting.

You would be an independent contractor who works from home.
For now, this is part-time, but it could become full-time.
This job does not pay by the hour.
It pays a flat fee...
You must have your own computer and book formatting software.
You get paid when the job has been satisfactorily completed to the author's liking.
I'm looking for someone who lives in Tucson so that we can meet in person twice a month.
Ideally, you would start in April.

I'm looking for someone who can format a book from start to finish in accordance with Ingram Spark specifications.
The person must also have experience creating book covers with Canva... proofreading and editing with AI software.
The ideal person could also create illustrations with graphic art programs, or at least know how to use AI technology.
