Real Estate Flip Renovation/Contractor Manager

Ascended is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to oversee renovation projects for our real estate flip portfolio. This role is responsible for managing contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring renovations stay on schedule and within budget.
The Construction Manager will regularly visit properties within their assigned region, verify work quality, track progress, and resolve issues in the field to keep projects moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee contractors and subcontractors on renovation projects
Conduct regular site visits to properties within your assigned region
Ensure renovations stay on schedule and within budget
Verify quality of work and ensure projects meet company standards
Identify and resolve construction issues quickly to avoid delays
Coordinate timelines between contractors, acquisitions, and operations teams
Track renovation progress, budgets, and scope changes
Provide regular project updates and progress reports
Required Skills & Experience
Experience managing construction or renovation projects
Strong understanding of home renovation, repair costs, and project timelines
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Strong communication and contractor management skills
Ability to travel locally and conduct frequent property inspections
Organized and comfortable tracking project budgets and schedules
Preferred Experience
Experience managing fix-and-flip renovation projects
Knowledge of mobile or manufactured home renovations
Experience working with independent contractors and small crews
